BURNING OF LINER L'ATLANTIQUE.
ENGLISH STORY OF CAUSE. LONDON, April 9. The "Sunday Dispatch" says the fire on the liner L'Atlantique was caused by Breton Separatists, a secret organisation, who used time fuses. The outrage was partly a revolutionary gesture, but chiefly revenge because the hull was taken to Bordeaux for completion, although it was started at SaintNazaire.
