Y.M.C.A HOSTEL DINNER.
——— UNEMPLOYED SINGLE MEN AS GUESTS. Twenty unemployed single men were, the guests of residents of the Y.M.C.A. hostel at their Christmas dinner last evening. Usually the residents of the hostel invite their own particular friends to this meal, but tins year it was decided to offer this hospitality to men who had little chance of any special Christmas dinner. The guests were welcomed by Mr A. T. "Watson, chairman of the Residents' Committee, and by Mr D. E. Partonj president of the Association. After the dinner there was community singing and a screening of motion pictures. ■
