AVesney) at a meeting of tho executive, when tho report of the Road Signs Committee was presented by Mr V M. Macdouald. Of the signs approved, 46 were for the Eglinton Valley road. In reply to a question by Mr ,f. R. Haigh. Mr Macdonald stated that the principle of putting the smallest possible number of words on signs, so as to give the greatest possible clarity and emphasis, was being followed.
