Sir Malcolm Campbell's offer to conic here to attempt a new world car speed record lias been accepted by Mr AY. M, Strum. Sir Malcolm's United States representative said that the recordholder would be hero to race early in February. It was reported last week that Sir Malcolm Campbell's new Bluebird racing car has been assembled. It weighs 41 tons, and the engine is u Schneider Tropliv type of Rolls-Royce, developing nearly 2500 horse-power. It was stated that the car should be capable of doing 5100 miles an hour. [Sir Malcolm Campbell is the holder of' the present record.
