VTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a special meeting of the Amuri County Council, held on *he sth day of August, 1932, the following resolution was passed, nnd will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held on the 7th day of OCTOBER, 1932. at 10.30 a.m., at the Council Chambers, Culverden. RESOLUTION. "In exercise of the powers conferred on it by Parts 111. and IV. of "The Counties Ac*. 1920,' and Section 9 of 'The Countias Amendment Act, 1927,' the Amuri County Council hereby makes by special order a Bylaw entitled 'Bylaws 'Relating to Hoardings.' '' The object and purport of the proposed Bylaw are to prohibit the erection or alteration of any hoarding on any road, building, structure, or place within the County of Amuri unless and until the conßent in writing of the said Council thereto shall have been first obtained.
