METHVEN TOURNAMENT. For the Methven "Women's Hockey Club annual six-a-side tournament to be held today, 30 entries have been received including teams from Hornby, Cliristchurch Technical College, and Winchester, Kiwi, and all Ashburton county clubs. The following is the draw: Senior A Grade —First round: Methven B plays Hinds A. Second round: Tinwald A plays winner of first round,- Hinds B plays Tinwald B, Methven A plays Lauriston, Ashburtan plays Technical. Senior B Grade —First round: Ashburton High School B plays Ashburton. Second rour/d: Methven District High School plays winners of first round, Ashburton High School A plan's Lowcliffe, Hornby plays Rakaia, Baring square plays Laurision. Junior A round: Hornby plays Methven. Second round: Methven District High School . plays winner of first round, Hinds plays Ashburton High School, Kiwi plays Winchester, Ashburton plays Springburn. Junior B Grade—To be drawn on ground.
