THE M'LEAN INSTITUTE, CHRISTCHURCH, N.Z.

We have examined tho foregoing Statements and Balance-Sheet and compared tliem with tho Books, Vouchers, and other recordsof the McLean Institute. In our report to tho Boai'd undor date 30th July, 1932, we have drawn attention to the fact.that the sum of £20,500, part of the assets taken over from the Buckley Trust, is represented by Contributory Mortgages which, in. our opinion, are not an authorised investment' for Trustees. We are obliged also to draw attention to the fact that Income Account-is overdrawn to the extent of £4580 ISr. and the Capital Bounds depleted accordingly. Subject to our report regarding one of the beneficiaries and the above,' we • certify that tho Accounts, a« presented, ■ show the correct position 6f:the financial affairs of* the | institute as disclosed by tho books and according to explanations given ns. ■ , • \YM.
