His Excellency tho Governor-Genera]. Lord Bledisloe, and Lady Bledisloo will attend the Canterbury Joeltoy Club's Meeting at Ricearton to-day. Iu tho afternoon they will witness tho second spell of the League Test match between England and New Zealand, and tho playnrs will be introduced to his Excellency at half-time. Tho Vicc-Hegal party wiU return to Wellington by the ferry steamer to-night. Yesterday morning their Exeelleneies visited St. Andrew's College, where Lord Bledisloe addressed the boys. In the afternoon they visited Tai Tapu, where the new library, tho gift of the lion. Sir Heaton Rhodes, was formally opened by his Excellency. Their Excellencies attended a meeting of the St. John Ambulance Association (Women's Auxiliary Branch) last evening-
