A sensation has been caused by the sudden resignation of Prime Minister, Mr C. G. Bkman, who has been succeeded by the Minister for Finance. Mr F. T, Hararin. It is officially stated that Ekman'a resignation was due to his acceptance of 20,000 kroner from Ivar Kreuger (the so-called match-mil-lionaire, who committed suicide in Paris), as a contribution to the funds of the People's Party, of which he is leader.
