RHODES SCHOLARSHIPS.
The Harness of the Canterbury College candidates for Rhodes Scholarships' ■will be finally received by the Professorial Board at to-day's meeting. The entries will bo made known to the general body of students at the half-yearly general meeting of the Students' Association, which will be held to-night, and according to Mr J. G. D. Ward, president of tho association, it will be open to the meeting to nominate any further suitable candidates.
The final nominees from Canterbury Collego will be decided by tho Professorial Board, guided to some extent by the results of a preferential ballot conducted by the Students' Association.
