♦ ARREST AT LYTTELTON. Peteetive X. W. T;a«gesen, who has been in charge of tho investigations into the placing of a bomb on the steamer Tees on Friday morning, arrested George Thomas Mouuccr, aged 36, a former officer of the vessel, on a charge of placing explosives with intent to do bodily harui.
