MURDER OF AUCKLAND WOMAN.
YOUNG RUSSIAN ARRESTED. (Beceived August 7th, 7 p.m.) SYDNEY, August 7. The police have arrested a young Russian and charged him with murdering Miss Hilda White, a former resident of Auckland, who, on July 27th, was found dead in Centennial Park, the circumstances suggesting brutal murder. A later message reports that the name of the young Russian is Victor ijamerto or Januscbavsky, a native of Russia:
