EARLY CONFERENCE NOT FEASIBLE. AN AMERICAN VIEW. (united press association— by kuscthio telegitaph—copybight.) WASHINGTON,'JuIy 27. Doubt that the proposed World Economic Conference can be held before the late autumn was expressed to-day by the United States Ambassador to Great Britain, Mr Andrew Mellon, who said he thought the Conference could not be held in the immediate future, because Great Britain was occupied with the Ottawa Conferee, and such a parley as the proposed World Conference would entail much preparatory work.
