Ho appeared in the Magistrate's Court later charged with having received £2O os and lraudulently omitliug to account tor n, thereby comnuLting melt. uy consent, the accused was remanded to appear on July 18th. Counsel suiu that lie was instructed *,hut the accused had a complete answer to ihe charge. Bail was allowed.
