SHIPPING NOTES

The Alexander is now due at Lyttelton tomorrow from Tarakohe, via Timaru. She will load here for Nelson, Mapua, Motueka, Westport, and Greymoutli. The Kaimai should arrive here to-morrow from Wellington to discharge coal from Westport. She is to sail for Timaru. The Holmglen is an expected arrival on Tuesday from the south, and will take in carjjo for Wellington, New Plymouth, and Waikato.

The Holmdale is due at Lyttelton on Sunday; from Duaedis. Oajaaru, and Timaru,

Sho is to sail on Monday afternoon with cargo for Wellington, Picton, and Wanganui. Tha Opihi should arrive here to-day from New Plymouth and Nelson with butter for discharge, and. is to sail to-night for Dunedin and Timaru. Due back about Tuesday, she will load tor Nelson and New Plymouth. The Orepuki is timed to load here tomorrow for Wellington, Picton, nad Wanganui. The tnnker Voco Is duo here on Monday from Melbourne to continue discharge. The John is due here to-morrow from Port IVnikato, and will load for Wellington, Wanganui. New Plymouth, and Waikatn. The motor-ship Koutunui is timed to load at Lyttelton on Monday for Waikokonu, Tolaga Bay. Tokomaru Bay. and Hirk.i Bay. The Gale is expected here to-day "from Wanganui, and is to sail this afternoon: .with cargo for Dunedin, Oamaru, nnd Timaru. The Waipiata is due here on Tuesday from Auckland nnd Wellington. She is to sail the same day for Dunedin, Bluff, Dunedin, and Timaru. The Wingatnl should arrive here on Tuesday from Dunedin and Timaru to load for Auckland. The Wainui is to arrive here on Wednesday from Melbourne, via Bluff and Dunpd;n. She is to sail the same day for Wellington, Bluff, and Melbourne. The Waikouaiti is an expected arrival «t Lyttelton abont July 9th from Newcastle and Sydney, via Bluff, Dunedin, and Timaru. She sails later for Oamarn. The Huddart, Parker steamer Zealandin is to leave Sydney this afternoon for Wellington, and is due at that port on Tuesday morning.

En route from New York, the Armadale has reported that she expects to arrive at Auckland at 8 a.m. to-morrow. She is due at Wellington on July 7th. ZEALANDIC TO ARRIVE TO-MORROW.
