TRAIN TELEGRAPHIC SERVICE.
* : GERMAN DEVELOPMENT. BERLIN, May 20. The telegraphic service inaugurated experimentally from certain trains m Germany last year proved so successful that it has been extended to the whole system. Passengers on all fast trains can now send telegrams of not more than 14 words to any station in the country by handing them to the conductor.
