A PERUVIAN REPORT. {mfITED PRES3 ASSOCIATION—BX KLECTBIO TELEGRAPH—COPYaIGHT.) (Received June 2nd, 7.25 p.m.) OTTAWA, June 1. The Government has not received any notification of the appointment of observers at the forthcoming Imperial Economic Conference by the Peruvian Government as announced 'by a Lima news dispatch to the effect that the Government of Peru has named three officials'as observers at Ottawa. Provision has not been made in the Conference arrangements for any representatives other than those from British Empire countries.
