One of the offences alleged was stated to ho the receipt of £SGS paid for a definite purpose, but not wholly used. for such purpose, and pot now in a trust account. Practitioner's reply was that, under an arrangement with his clients, he was entitled to assume, that he could draw for costs, disbursements, and payment of purchase money."
