PIONEER SPORTS rXUB. FIXTURES. June 11th—Miniature T.T. Races, RolJe&ion •June 2~th—Paperchase. NOTES. ' To-morrow afternoon the Stadium will be visited by the Sports Committee of the Pioneer Sports Club, consisting of Messrs E. J. Bradsha*-, G. A. Hayman, W. K. Mulholland, L. R. Harrington, and W. K. Sunleji, with the object of deciding several details in connexion with the two Miniature' T.T. races to be held there thei following Saturday afternoon. Intending competitors who may also be at tho Stadium to-morrow will be given an opportunity of a preliminary run over the course to' be selected. There are t-o be two classes—one up t® and including 350 c.e. and the other tor all machines over tuat c.c. Entries for both classes close at 9.30 p.m. next Wednesday. The following officials have been appointed to control the events: TimeKeepers, Messrs R. M. Parker, A. D. x'oiieh, Jj\ P. Sprosen, and W. Manship; course stewards, .Messrs C. ilaytwira, and H. S. and P. J. liutcher; judges, inessrs Jtl. j\. Payne and ji,. J. iraton; lap scorer, Mr ai. P. Jones. <Jn Maturaay, June iJotli, the club will hold a papercuase, for which Messrs T. 11. .Uccleary and E. J. liradshaw have been ueputed to select <1 suitable route. This event will be the last of the motor-cycle competitions for the present season, which ends on June 30th. Tlie question of holding a sporting trial for light cars was considered at a recent meeting of the motor committee, when it was decided to leave the matter in the hands of Messrs C. dayward, A. D. Tench, and G. A. Hayman, with power to act. The annual general meeting of the motor section of the Pioneer Sports Club will probably be held on July 16th.

The tacmbers of the Pioneer Sports Club have received an invitation- to attend the annual ball of the Ashburton Motor-Cycle Club, to be held in His Majesty's Theatre this evening. • i following entries have been received for the motor-cycle experts' reliability trial, to be held to-day:—E.
