AUTOMATIC ENGINE STARTER An analysis of motoring accident would probably show that a snrpris in«ly large number are caused by ttv accidental stalling of the moto: through faulty driving in difficult cir cuinstances. This is an automtiti switch for the starting of the engine It is so constructed that as soon as th ignition switch, which is of the usiui lock type, is turned on, an electrc magnet is brought into operation t work the starter switch. As soon a the engine fires,"and begins to ru under its own power, this magnet i disconnected, and the starting mee! anism is released, but should th engine stop while the ignition switc is still turned on, the starter i operated again immediately, and th engine restarted.
