The Rome correspondent of the British United Press, says that an encyclical, which is being issued today, appoints the Feast of Corpus Christi on May 26th, as a day of prayer by the faithful, and exhorts them to renounce on the eight succeeding days amusements and recreations as an atonement for the evils ot the present day, among which the Pope enumerates atheism. Communism, corruption, and exaggerated nationalism.
