She proposes that the extra amount eliould £0 towards tho cost of an adequate Army, Navy, and Air Force, which Lady Houston considers requires an addition of £5,000,000 in thn coming Budget. Lady Houston adds: If nineteen others do the same, the paltry sum required to ensure national safety will be iound.
