MOLLISON DEPARTS FOR THE CAPE. (UV-ITIIB PBXSS 4.MOCIATIOIT-B1 BUCTMO .-.' TULUOBAPB—COPMIGHT.) (Received March 25th, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, March 24. Mr J. A. Mollison left Lympne for the Cape, at 1.5 a.m. to-day. Mr Mollison, who describes his Piiss Moth as a ♦'Plying Petrol Tank," carries 120 gallons of petrol, giving a range of 2000 miles. He hopes to reach Cape Town in four days, following the West African route, which has never hitherto been attempted. His first stop will be at Beniabbes.
