RUMOURS OP NEW VENTURE. (UNITED MESS ASSOCIATION—BT ELECTBIO TELEGRAPH—COPYRIGHT ) (Received March 25th, 5.5 p.m.) OTTAWA, March 23. It is reported that Squadron-Leader Bert Hinkler and Sir Hubert Wilkins are considering a proposal for a Can-ada-England commercial air service. Sir Hubert Wilkins stated that it was "understood" that plans for the enterprise were under way. However,' he declined to confirm or elucidate his connexion with the proposal. One.of Squadron Leader Hinklerk associates said that Hinkler was in Canada, but declined to confirm the rumour.
