Roosevelt, was indicated as the most important aspirant for the Democratic Presidential nomination when he won the North Dakota delegates' primary election to-day, defeating the Governor of North Dakota, Mr W. D. Murray. Mr Roosevelt recently also won the New Hampshire delegates' primary, defeating Mr A 1 Smith. -
