GENERAL HIGGINS.
« —— COMING OF SALVATION ARMY LEADER. Interest in the coming campaign of; General and Mrs Higgins, the Salvation Army leaders, is . increasing aily, among the ranks of the Army in New Zealand. After a successful campaign in Honolulu, they have left on the. Niagara, and are. due to arrive at Auckland on Monday, March 21st. Preparations are being made for a big welcome, and the General has agreed to broadcast an address to the people of New Zealand; on MondayGeneral Higgins has just completed his third year of service as supreme head of the Salvation Army, and he has again set the pace for activity. , His visit to tho States during the past year was evidence of his unflagging energy and a strenuous campaign in America was rewarded with a large measure of success, Vr. 4 !^
