ST. PAUL'S METHODIST CHURCH.
The members of the Young Worshippers League of St. Paul's Methodist Church, Sumner, met on Tuesday evening at a social in the Sunday schoolroom. The Rev. A. T. Kent was chairman, and the president, Mr S. T. Cook, was also present. The Grand Choir gave an interesting programme,. The president, with the assistance fit the chairman, presented the certificates and seals from five years full cards down to twelve months. Special mention was made of master Tony Cook's five year's full card.' The programme was as follows: — Hymn and prayer; recitation, Miss Thelma Parsons; piano duet, Misses R. Austin and P. Comerford; game; Count Clipoffski's Touring Chair; Solo, Mrs F. N. Kerr; solo, Mrs R. H. Henley; joke competition; hookey; musical arms.
