STORM CENTRE OF CONGRESS ACTIVITY. (UKITED PJtFiSS ASSOCIATION* —BY ELECTRIC TF.LE GBAPH —COPYB.IOBT. > (Received March 17th, 1.25 a.m.) DELHI, March 16. Bombay is onto again the storm centre of Congress activity, and 150 arrests have been made in the past three days, of whom 100 are in custody. While a procession was celebrating "Peasants' Day," all wore red shirts. Other arrests were made for picketing foreign cloth stores.
