PROPOSAL TO BAN GOODS. (BRITISH OFFICIAL WIRELESS.) • RUGBY, March 15. In the House of Commons to-day, under the 10 minutes' rule, Commander O Locker-Lampson (Conservative, Handswoi-th) was given loave to. introdue" a Bill to prohibit the importation of goods made by foreign forced labour. The Bill was brought in and formally read a first time.
