At the wool sales to be held on March Ist, there will" be available 173,300 bales, including new arrivals, Australian 36,000 and New Zealand 51,300. v It is "expected that about 145.600 .bales will be. catalogued. A cable received by Dalgety "and Company; Ltd., Cliristchurch, from iheir London office, dated February 24th, reads as follows: "For the London wdol sales, tlio list of arrivals closed von . February 22nd. Quantities available are:—Australian, 36,700; New Zealand, 51,300 j Cape, 4000; South America, 20,100; carry forward, 61,200. "Brokers expect to offer 148,600 bales, including the following:—Australia, 52,700: New Zealand, 70,0<M); Cape, 3500; South America, 20,100; sundries, 2200. "We sell on March Ist, 3rd, Bth, llth, 16th, and 18th, and the sales close on March 18th. The follpwing vessels m which , we are interested have arrived in time for the < sales: —Port Huon, lonic, Rafanga, Mata'roa, Cumberland, and Ben Lawere.
