INCITEMENT TO MUTINY.
PUBLISHER IMPRISONED. (UHITED TRESS ASSOCIATION—ET EI.ECTBIO 131EGBAPH —COPT-BIGHT.) (Received January 20th, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON. January 19. Frank Priestley, publisher of the "Daily "Worker," was sentenced to three years' imprisonment on two charges of incitement to mutiny. [A cablegram from London dated November 23rd, reported : as a sequel to tho "Daily Worker" prosecution, Frank Paterson, aged 26, was convicted at the Old Bailey tor inciting to mutiny, and was sentenced to two vears' imprisonment with hard labour. Paterson (who called on the Army and Navv to resist cuts in pay) fled to Germany, when police enquiries began, and was arrested upon his return.]
