RUGBY LEAGUE.
ENGLAND'S TEAM. AUSTRALIAN-NEW ZEALAND TOUR. (UNITED J'KESS ASSOCIATION— .IT ELECTRIC TELEGaAPH— COPYRIGHT.) (Received January ISth, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, January 17. Mr Harry Sunderland visited the Australian players who are members of English League teams. They said England's team seemed likely to be stronger than that which retained the "Ashes" on the last tour, and it would be wellbalanced throughout. Sullivan was playing magnificently, and would probably bo captain. Only Ellaby, Evans, and Pildes, among tho last tourists, seemed "possibles," owing to the plenitude of younger stars.
