HEIGHT AND COMMANDING POSITION, (UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION—ELECTRIC TBLEOBAPB^-OOPVBIaHT.) (Received December 14th, 7 p.m.) MOSCOW, December 14. Workers at a Leningrad factory are devoting their spare time to the construction of a statuo of Lenin. Surmounted by a beacon, on a commanding position in tho city, the statue will be 370 feet high, which is 65 feet higher than tho Statuo of "Liberty.
