REDUCTION OF INCOME. (Received December Sth, 5.5 p.m.) WASHINGTON, December 8. Tlvfe Department of Agriculture in its annual report says tho gross income of tho American farmer for 1931 will bo from 25 to 30 per cent, less than in 1930, and from 4.0 to 45 per cent, less than in 1929. Farm products in 1929 brought 11 911,000,000 dollars, and in 1930 they brought 9,347,000,000 dollars, and in 1931 they may bring less than 7,000,000,000 dollars.
