DAUGHTER'S APPEAL HEARD. An appeal for further provision out °f estate of Thomas Uillis, farmer, of Domett, who died leaving an estate valued at approximately £SOOO, made J>y his daughter, Mrs Mabel Bell, was heard in the Supreme Court yesterday before Mr Justice Adams. Under the will, the testator's widow, Mary Gillis, received a legacy of £IOOO and the income on the remainder of the estate for life. After the widow's death the will provided that the income on halt of the estate should go to Mi's Bell for life, with the remainder to her six children. Tho other half of the estate was to be distributed among the testator's /lephews and nieces now living in Ireland. The Judge gave his approval for a draft order to be submitted embodying tho provision that after the death of the testator's widow Mrs Bell should receive £2 10s a week during her life, or the income on half the residue of the estate, whichever was the greater.
