From Mr T. Pitama advice has been received by the Mayor (Mr D. G. Sullivan, M.P.) that a party of Tuahiwi Maoris will give hakas and poi dances at tlje final community dancing I'or this year, to be hold on Cranmer wjuare to-morrow evening, the pro ceods of which are to go to the Mayor's Uelie'f o.f Distress Fund. Dancers are iuvitfcd to attend in fancy dress; a piize will be given to the most originally dressed lady and most originally dnssed gentleman. The usual programme of folk dancing and modern dancing is to be followed. Two bands will he in attendance. A folk dancing rehearsal will be held in the Trades Hall this evening.
