CHANGES IN PERSONNEL. (?a*S3 ASBOCUTIO* Tgxaqju*.) WELLINGTON, December 3, The following changes in tho personnel of tho Defence Staff are gazetted— Captain R. C, C. Steelo raluquishes his appointment as Genera) Staff Officer at General Headquarters on proceeding to the Staff College, Camberfey. Major W. Q. Stevens is appointed to succeed Captainr Steele, in addition to his present appointment of Officer Commanding GJ3-Q. Training Depot, Ireutham Camp, , and relinquishes bis appointment as Officer Comamnding the New Zealand Artillery, Centra* Command. Captain G. B Parkinson is appointed to succeed Major Stevens in charge of the Central Command, New Zealand Artillery.
