Tho final figure# for the Nelson seat are not expected before to-morrow. The uncounted votes are:—Absentee 403, postal 132, seamen 15. ROTORUA—

The returning officer reports that there are 516 absentee and 68 postal votes which cannot be opened until the conclusion of tho official count at about the end of next week. Owing to transport difficulties all the ballot boxes will not be received before Monday. After that the official count is expected to take four days, and the official declaration is expected next Friday.
