INFLUENZA.
. ♦ SERIOUS MENACE. - There has been a slight epidemic of Influenza in various parts of the dominion during the past few weeks. Medical authorities state that although tho visitation is of a nnld type, the malady could, given the necessa,ry conditions of wet and cold, easily develop into a more serious form. Due precautions, therefore, should be taken. In the case" of a high temperature it is advisable to remain in bed until the fever has gone, and where the symptoms cause anxiety to immediately call in medical aid. _ There is nothing like a dose of -Baxter's Lung Preserver taken at the first sign of a cough or cold.
