HURUNUI LADIES' SUB-UNION. The annual meeting of the delegates to the Hurunui Sub-Union waa held at Eotherhom on Tuesday Mrs T. O. Robinson preThoee present were: Kaikoura, Miss E. Wareham; Waiau, Rev. Mr Newlands; Cheviot, Mrs Kingsland, Misses Wileon and Honeybone; Rotherham, Mrs Parker, Dr. Furkert, Eev. E. B. Moore; Culverden, Misses M. Davjson and Munro; Hanmer, Mrs Gemmel and Mr Hanson; Hawatden, Mesdamas Binnie"" and Lftidlaw The officers elected for the ensuing year were:— President,, Mrs T. C. Robinson; vicepresidents, Rev. E. B. Moorej Dr. Furkert, and Mr Manson; secretary, Miss Lnnn. The following « the draw for -the - first match games of the seasonWajau v. Havarden, Rotherham v. Kaiktfura, ' Cheviot v. Hanmer. Culverden*a*-'bye. ' On Wednesday Sftejrnoon Ate Rotherham ladies' hockey teanf . 'played a return game with Waiau, at Waiau. An interesting game ■resulted ■ in a jjvin for Rotherham by four pcsls to W. S. Rodgerfl was thfc referee.
