Ths first-class tests will take place on Saturday afternoons- in June— 13th, and 20th, • . Applications for examination must be made on. the special forui obtainable from headquarters, and -forwarded to the b'adge secretary "befdro May 24th. The question of country districts came in for a good deal of discussion, as it is difficult for Scouts to come into town for the examination.
