APPLICATION TO BE HEARD , NEXT MONTH. (EKJSSB ASSOCIATION NEW PLYMOUTH, April 17. His HonPUr Mr Justice Frazer, president of the Arbitration Court, unnouneed this morning that the date or the hearing of the applications under the Finance Act,' 1881,- had been fixed for May 12th, at Wellington, at 10 a.m. .. „ His Honour said that an application had been received from yna Employers' Federation for the hearing of an application for an order' adjusting the rates -of remuneration uj^aer awards and industrial ' agreements geperally."
