PENINSULA RABBIT BOARD.

MONTHLY MEETING. At the monthly meeting of the Banks Peninsula Rabbit Board, Messrs Nutt (in the chair), Gray, Anderson, Gardiner, and Stock-Inspector Henderson were present. The chairman, Mr J. V, Chapman, sent an apology, which was accepted. Rates paid during November amounted to £l6 7s 7d. The Royal Insurance Company wrote asking that the claim concerning Inspector Radford be completed as soon as possible. Mr Nutt reported on his visit to Inspector Radford, who was still incapacitated. Inspector Hoskin reported on his work for November, arid said he had destioyed six rabbits during his inspections. Members considered the condition of the district was very Kood, very few rabbits having been seen lately. A report was received on the fence and the gate and the repairs necessary were authorised. It was decided to hold over tho purchase of a gun until Inspector Hoskin noxt came to Cliristchurch.
