B. DEELEY'S DEATH.
INQUEST OPENED. (press association telegbah.) AUCKLAND, December 5. An inquest into the death of Benjamin Kinsman Deeley, aged 48, a well known jockey, who was found in a state of collapse at his house in ureen Jane early on Thursday morning and died in the Auckland Hospital some hours later, was opened to-day by the Coronf-r, Mr F. K. Hunt. Medical evidence was not taken, but the police report stated that the supjxised cause of death was a fracture of the skull and cerebral hemorrhage, folan accidental fall. The inquest was adjourned sine die.
