AI ( KI.A \ I), December 4Brian Dunuingham, a young Auckland solicitor, who wns arrested as ii<; was about to sail from Wellington for Sian Francisco on Tuesday afternoon, appeared before Mr F. K. Hunt, S.M., at the Magistrate's Court. Accused, for whom Mr Finlay appeared, was charged with aiding snui abetting a man and a woman in making a declaration that would amount to perjury if made on oath in judicial proceedings. Tho Clown Solicitor obtained <1 renin nd until December 11th. Accused's hail was renewed.
