Bennett, Administrator of Norfolk Island, arrived to-day with his annual report, which he will submit to tho Federal Ministers at Canberra. Interviewed, he bluntly described himself as tho Administrator of a land of "Noes." There were no taxes, no divorces, no politics, no lunatics, and no depression worth speaking about. "But," he added, "we have some bananas.''
