APPEAL BOARD SET UP. (VUI'JXP PBEBB ASSOCIATION —BY EMSCTBiB • TELEGRAPH —COPYRIGHT.) LONDON, November 18. The Salvation Army Conference <lecided to constitute a Board of Arbitration, consisting of five leading officers, empowered to settle disputes between the General and any Commissioner, territorial commander, or other official. Either the General or any other high officer may appeal to the Board. The conference 'authorised the Genneral to aj.ply to Parliament for «n Act establishing the reforms resolved on by the conference.
