CABINET'S PROBLEMS. (UKITED ASSOCIATION -BY KI.ECTRIC TELEGRAM!- -COPYRIGHT.) (Received November 19th, 1.5 a.m.) SIDNEY, November 18. -Mr J. T. Lang's Cabinet has not yet announced its sessional programme. Parliament meets next Tuesday and will be opened by Commission. The Ministry to-day discussed finance and unemployment, both subjects presenting tr.a greatest difficulty. It is understood tlie Premier is convinced that the limit of taxation has been reached, and other avenues of additional revenue are being explored.
