It is stated that the German flyingbont. the Dornier Do.X, is postponing her Atlantic flight until new British engines are fitted. Dr. D>mier, while in England last we«k. arranged for the craft's equipment with eight 900-horse-power Rolls. Itoyce engines, to replace the 12 000-horse-powei engines at present installed He calculates that removing two pairs of tandem engines will give increased performance, owing to the lessened resistance.
