MASONIC GRAND LODGE
ANN UAL COMMUNICATION. The annual communication of the Grand Lodge of New Zealand freemasons will be held in Christchurch on November 2t3th next, when representatives are expected to. be in attendance from all over the Dominion. Grand Lodge will be opened at 10 a.m. promptly on the date mentioned in the Masonic Temple, Gloucester street, and Lodge representatives and other members of Grand. Lodge are requested to be in attendance there not later than 9.30 a.m. The installation of the Grand MasterElect, his Excellency th GovernprGencral (Lord Uledisloe), ta ® place in the Civic Theatre at ti.3o the ceremony being. performed by the
retiring Grand Master, Mr J. J. Clark, of Dunedin. The Entertainment Committee has completed its arrangements for the entertainment of the visiting brethren and their wives. On Wednesday, Noveniber' 26th,' the visiting ladies will be entertained at the residence of Mrs D. Crozier by the Ladies' Committee, and in the evening a. theatre party has been arranged, .with supper to follow. Tt is expected that Thursday will be a free day, and ivi the afternoon a trip has been arranged to "Otahuna," Sir Heaton Khodes having kindly placed his residence at the dispersal of the Entertainment Committee. At 8.30 in the evening a dance will be held in the Tea Kiosk, Addington Trotting Grounds, preceded by a concert.
